Satisfaction Guarantee
At Oasisflavor, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your first purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date for your first shisha pen (excluding shipping fees, taxes, or customs duties).
- Non-refundable items: Refunds are not available for merchandise, sample packs, limited edition items, or products purchased on sale.
For subscription orders (3 or 6 months), any unopened products must be returned to us. Customers will need to provide proof of unopened and unused bottles for a refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Damaged Product Replacements
